What happens when I call? You will participate in a 15 minute phone screening, with a clinical staff member to discuss your concerns. The staff member will ask a series of questions to asses your needs and determine which type of treatment is appropriate for you. An in- person screening may be requested. The Helpline staff will provide ongoing care navigation to those who are admitted into residential treatment or recovery residence services. Who can call? Outpatient Treatment: Up to 19 hours of services per week, including group and individual counseling. Recovery Residence: Sober living homes while in outpatient treatment provided off site. Residential Treatment: Live in program with on site treatment Withdrawal Management: 24/7 clinically managed detoxification and sobering supports. Opioid Treatment (OTP): Detox and maintenance medication assisted treatment, and counseling.
