Who Can Apply?
• 1st or 2nd-year Master's level students
from an accredited college or
university.
How to Apply:

Selected candidates will be invited to
participate in a panel interview.
All services are provided in person.
No remote or hybrid opportunities
available.

Crisis Teams
Geriatric Assessment and Response
Team (GART)
M-F 8:30am—5pm
Provides short-term behavioral health
assessment and treatment for adults
55+, linkage to mental health services,
medical care, and other community
resources.
Crisis Connect/Post Crisis Follow-Up
Team (CC/PCFT)
M-F 8:30am—5pm
Conducts in-reach at John George
Hospital to assess and link patients to
mental health care and resources. Staff
provide community outreach and post
crisis follow up services via telephone
and field visits.
Mobile Crisis Team
M-f 8am—6pm
Triages crisis calls and dispatches
teams. Evaluates for involuntary
hospitalizations and potential diversions
to voluntary mental health and
substance use treatment. Conducts risk
and safety assessments, de-escalates
crisis situations, develops safety plans.
Ensures follow-up services are in place.
