DETERMINATION:
The Alameda MED-Project Stewardship Plan dated 1-30-2015, as amended by the one page,
doubleaided document submitted on February 23, 2015 titled 'Alameda Med-Project Response
to Alameda County Department of Environmental Health Staff Recommendations", is approved.
The Plan approval date is February 25, 2015.
The first Annual Report is due on or before: February 25, 2016
