APPROVED HOME FURNISHINGS AND H OUSEHOLD ITEM VENDORS
Below you will find a list of approved online vendors that can be utilized to fulfill home furnishing and household item
requests. Applicants may choose items from up to two different vendors from this list.
Please keep in mind that costs must account for taxes and shipping. Alameda County Health will not be able to
process requests that exceed the total requested amount with taxes and shipping added. Taxes may vary based on
location of the vendor and where items are shipped.
Once the applicant chooses the vendors, the service provider should assist the applicant to create a list of the
items they want utilizing the corresponding instructions for requesting home furnishings and household items
procedures.
There are different written instructions for each of the vendors.
