Instructions for Requesting Home Furnishings and Household Items from Dimensional Outlet Furniture
Applicants and service providers should complete this process together. Please remember that only items on the
‘Approved Home Furnishings and Household Items’ list can be requested and the total cost of the requested items,
including any shipping costs and taxes (tax rates may vary based on location), cannot exceed the approved amount.
Applicants can request items from up to 2 of the approved vendors. See the Home Furnishing and Household Item
vendor list.
For Dimensional Outlet Furniture, client and/ or provider will need to go in person.
1)Go to Dimensional Outlet Furniture at 2953 San Pablo Ave, Oakland, CA 94608.
2)Communicate to Associate working that you are a client of the Home Stretch Housing Assistance Fund.
3)The client will then be advised to walk around the store to select the item(s) they are looking for. When the
client finds the item(s) they would like, notify the associate on shift of the item(s) chosen. The client can then
leave the store and await a phone call from Dimensional Outlet Furniture for next steps.
4)Associate from Dimensional Outlet Furniture will then contact Home Stretch Housing Assistance Fund to confirm
item(s) selected are able to be purchased.
5)Once confirmed, Home Stretch Housing Assistance Fund will pay Dimensional Outlet Furniture for the item(s).
6)After payment is received, Dimensional Outlet Furniture will contact the client to set up delivery.
