Household income at, or below, 30% Area Median Income. No prior utilization of Housing Deposits or the Housing Assistance Fund. Announcing: Home Together Move-In Assistance Fund Alameda County’s Housing and Homelessness Services, in partnership with Abode Services, is launching the new Home Together Move-In Assistance Fund. This fund, administered by Abode Services, will replace the existing Housing Community Supports Housing Deposits and Home Stretch Housing Assistance Fund. Starting July 1, Alameda County homelessness services providers will be able to request funding for eligible move in-related costs through one portal. Home Together Move-In Assistance Fund HCS Housing Deposits +Home Stretch Housing Assistance Fund The fund can provide up to $5,000 per household for the following move- in related expenses: •First Month’s Rent •Security Deposit •Utility Payments/Deposits •Application Fees •Health & Safety Services •Medically Necessary Items for Home •Essential Household Items For questions, email: acmoveinfund@abode.org
