BOTTLED WATER DISTRIBUTION FOR STREET OUTREACH
Alameda County Health Care for the
Homeless and Emergency Medical Services
have partnered to make limited bottled water
resources available for pick up by city, county
and community outreach providers who are
distributing to street and encampment
residents. This resource is for providers who
DO NOT HAVE A BUDGET or source of bottled
water funding. The bottled water comes in
cases of 12 1-liter bottles.
• Providers can pick up no more than ten
cases at a time.
• Water distribution ONLY takes place at the time and days specified.
• Water distributors MUST be registered online with the HCH program in
order to access water.
• Distributors MUST follow community guidelines for water pick up and
distribution.
• Water is NOT available outside of days/time identified by ACHCH.
Location:
ACHCH will notify water distributors upon registration
Days and Time:
TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS 9:00am-Noon. Or as announced
BEFORE/DURING HEAT EVENTS AS INDICATED BY ACHCH.
Quantity and Tracking:
Complete the sign-out log on the pallet
Maximum 10 BOXES at one time per organization
