Committee Chair Reports a. East Bay Legislative Coalition: Our next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, April 5 from 10 am – 12 pm. b. Health & Wellness Committee: Our next meeting will be TBD. i. Committee on Aging: The next meeting is TBD c. Transition Team: Our next Transition Team meeting is scheduled for March 16, from 2:30 – 3:30PM. d. Values: In partnership with self-advocates, family members, service providers and other stakeholders, the Alameda County Developmental Disabilities Council improves lives by advocating for better funding and quality services; promoting education to raise awareness; supporting services and policies that reduce disparities; advancing diversity and equity principles and linking consumers and families to resources.
